    Job Title: National Account Executive - Lowe's

    Mooresville, NC | Sales Department

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our National Account Executive role at Lowe's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and category management for Rust-Oleum branded products.

    About the Role:

    • Leverage your expertise in home improvement to grow our business through strategic planning and execution.
    • Maintain strong relationships with Lowe's and Rust-Oleum stakeholders to drive category growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Objectively assess sales opportunities, anticipate competition, and develop winning strategies to maintain and grow sales dollars and profit.
    2. Become a resource and advocate for Lowe's, building deep understanding of their organization and developing programs to increase market share and sales revenue.
    3. Manage advertising, promotional, and marketing program budgets, negotiating agreements and planning detailed program plans.
    4. Prepare customer-specific sales presentations and product demonstrations, building relationships with decision-makers.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of sales and account management experience in big-box retail.
    • Proven successful sales history and thorough understanding of POS data systems.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Self-starter with ability to manage time, schedule, and sales quota, multitasking effectively.
