Job functions include but not limited to:

Works directly with the Internet Sales Team to develop enriching relationships to establish a strong network of clients and prospects.

The Internet Sales Manager oversees CRM utilization.
Demonstrates leadership by establishing clear goals and objectives for the sales-oriented performance. The Internet Sales Manager develops and maintains the new hire and interview process for the Internet Sales Team.

Engages and motivates the Internet Sales Team to achieve performance objectives by facilitating regular sales training for ongoing team growth.

Ensures success through a high level of involvement in day-to-day internet operations and sales projections.
Analyzes business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to enhance the performance of the Internet Sales Team.

Employee Prerequisites:
Onboarding process completed within days of applyingExperience in marketing, web administration, lead administration, or inventory management. Expertise of Automotive CRM Software is a bonus.
Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality management.
