    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The main responsibilities will include overseeing the life cycle and implementation of chemical feed equipment, which includes installation, maintenance, and repair. Daily tasks will involve conducting laboratory testing and reporting results, maintaining proper inventory levels, and collaborating with the sales force to discover customer needs and maintain account relationships. This role can be seen as a technical sales assistant, requiring regular interactions with customers, communicating repair procedures, and providing optimization recommendations. A continual commitment to safety standards, including HAZMAT, is paramount. The role also includes training end-users and attending training sessions for continual education on technology and industry standards.
