With aggressive growth goals and a commitment to exceptional service, we are expanding our Commercial Core team and seeking a high‑energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer-focused environment.
The ISR plays a critical role in driving Gerard Daniel's revenue growth and customer experience. This position focuses on managing and converting short-cycle sales opportunities across Tier 2: Commercial Core Growth Accounts and Tier 3: Emerging Growth Accounts, while supporting Tier 1: Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Accounts as needed.
You'll work in a dynamic environment—responding quickly to customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, managing opportunities in CRM, and collaborating closely with the Outside Sales Team, Customer Support Team, and Business Development Team. The ISR ensures responsive service, accurate communication, and seamless customer experience.
Customer Engagement
Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web requests.
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience.
Quoting & Sales Execution
Tier 2 Account Growth
Drive upsell, cross-sell, and increased wallet share within assigned accounts.
Manage a short-cycle sales pipeline in CRM.
Build relationships that strengthen account retention.
Identify high‑potential customers and transition them into Tier 2.
Work closely with Outside Sales, Customer Support, and Business Development.
Assist Business Development with quotes, documentation, or support for Tier 1 accounts.
Maintain CRM accuracy and adhere to Rules of Engagement.
Customer Issue Support
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.s.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial sales, business, manufacturing, or related field.
3–10 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience.
Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills.
Comfort with CRM and ERP systems; A proactive, high‑energy mindset focused on customer satisfaction and revenue impact.
Meaningful role driving growth in a high‑priority commercial segment
