    Description

    Position: Postgres Architect
    Location: Seattle, WA
    ITC Infotech is looking for a Tech Architect - Postgres to join the USA Team in Seattle, WA for our Digi Exp team.

    Location: (Hybrid, Seattle WA) - This role requires the candidate to be at office premises 2-3 days in a week.

    What you'll do:

    • As a Postgres Database Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing organization's data infrastructure.
    • You will be managing the administration and support for all development/testing/production databases.
    • You will provide performance tuning, high availability implementation, and support change management / release management.
    • You will create procedures to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Also Analyzing, planning, and defining data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data.
    • You will translate business requirements into databases, data warehouses, and data streams.
    Must Haves:
    • 10+ years Postgres DBA experience in an enterprise environment.
    • Hands on experience in writing efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
    • Hands on experience in optimizing query performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
    • Hands on work on data modeling and schema design within Postgres.
    • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, RDS, Aurora, Parameter groups, Azure, AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, CloudWatch, and Oracle
