Enterprise Asset & Vendor/Supplier Management - Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end management and oversight of all AMR Region purchasing within GIS End User Services, including procurement, receipt of goods, invoicing, and payment. Tracking activities against the approved budgets
Proficiency in ServiceNow to facilitate reporting of operational metrics
Lifecycle management of all IT Assets within GIS End User Services, including Computers, Mobile Devices and Peripherals. Maintaining healthy stock levels based on demand & supply chain lead times
Maintain strong Vendor relationships, performing regular operational reporting
Responsible for regular audits against internal asset management systems
Strategic input into regional inventory management
Drives continuous improvement on processes and systems related to procurement, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control
Maintain the regional Hardware standards in conjunction with the global EUS team and GIS End User Computing function

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Experience creating, documenting, and improving process lifecycles
Experience working across multiple departments and organizations
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
ITIL, Service Management or CMDB background
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels
Good organizational and time-management skills
Be a champion for change; always pushing iterative improvement

Preferred Experience/Education:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Experience working within procurement and asset management
Experience working within an IT organization
