- Technically hands-on
- Someone who has been a POC, running projects
- Do requirements gathering, analysis, design and development (e2e)
- Excellent communication skills - someone who can represent the project and be answerable to key stakeholders
- Proactive, willing to learn business, technology and foresee risk/users requirements after initial training (min hand-holding)
- Java, Hadoop, SQL, Unix skills
- Capital Markets exp is preferred
- 10+ years of experience and able to manage 2-3 people with individual contribution to the project
