The Design Consultant works closely with the customer in the design center/studio remotely online or in the customer's home to create individualized design solutions to sell Ethan Allen products and services.Create design solutions that are consistent with the customer's preference and budget. Sell Ethan Allen's products and services. Represent the Ethan Allen brand in all customer interactions when greeting customers professionally establish rapport appointments and consultations.
Educate customers about complimentary design service offered as little or much desired by customers stay current on fashion trends provide excellent service before after sales participate marketing training programs educate finance options contribute portfolio utilize corporate systems technology maximize efficiency designing projects creating presentations providing professional service for customers enter orders retail point sale system work maintaining neat orderly projection develop business plans grass roots marketing plans reach written goals monitor effectiveness suggest modify plan based reaching specific goals objectives perform duties required.
