Quality Control Manager

to oversee

Federal / Military Construction Projects

ranging in

value up to $50 M.

Job Title:
Quality Control Manager (4+ years of Federal Construction Experience)

Project Types:
Federal, DoD, Naval, Military, BEQ, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, Hangar


Key Responsibilities:
Able to perform all essential Quality Control Manager job responsibilities

Keep as-built records

Manage project deliverables

Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures

Keep up to date QC daily reports

Develop and maintain a good relationship with all on-site employees

Set up and see-through all tests and inspections

Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting

Skills & Qualification:

4+ years overseeing projects for a reputable general contractor(s).


EM
CQCM Certification

First Aid/CPR Certified

OSHA 30

Travel as needed to various Project Sites

Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related to an Engineering field, preferred.
