    Concierge Home Care is expanding, and we are actively seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) for our team in Spring Hill South, FL.

    What Exactly is a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)?

    A Home Health Aide is a trained professional who provides personal care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

    Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:

    • Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks.
    • Keep accurate visit records.
    • Report any changes in the patient's condition to the RN.
    • Perform household services essential for patient care.
    • Help patients with mobility exercises.

    Qualifications for a Home Health Aide:

    • Meet the necessary training and competency requirements.
    • Show empathy towards patients.
    • Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.

    Is prior home health care experience essential?

    Past experience is not mandatory. Inquire about our preceptorship program for hands-on training with a mentor.

    Do Home Health Aides operate independently?

    While Home Health Aides have autonomy, they work closely with clinical supervisors and other team members.
