    As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize benefits.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities.
    Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance efforts.
    Assist clients in understanding and implementing tax strategies to achieve financial goals.
    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members on tax-related matters.
    Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and issues.
    Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
    Participate in client meetings and contribute valuable insights on tax planning and optimization.
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a CPA firm environment.
    In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
    Proficiency in tax software and MS Office suite.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
