    Elgin Separation Solutions is currently looking to hire an

    IT Systems Analyst.

    The

    IT Systems Analyst

    will provide daily IT support to users and will assist the IT Manager with various IT work activities. The qualified individual will

    maintain, install, or troubleshoot hardware and software, resolve networking issues, or help resolve other problems for company employees.


    The successful candidate will provide daily IT support to end users, escalate when necessary, and provide updates to key stakeholders.

    This position is first point-of-contact support, and basic troubleshooting skills are necessary to succeed.

    IT Manager


    Location:
    Poca, WV, or Princeton, WV, or Tazewell, VA

    Salary Range:
    $55,000 to $75,000


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Hands-on experience working with hardware and software installations.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.

    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to quickly respond during critical outages.

    Provide technical support, advice, and assistance with technical, hardware, and software system issues, including laptops, desktops, and phones.

    Install laptops, desktops, printers, phones, software deployments, and security updates.


    Ensures systems maintenance/performance issues are addressed, resolved, and communicated as needed; includes working with maintenance, vendors, contractors, etc., upgrades, etc.

    Education


    Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university or related experience and a minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training is preferred.

    A minimum of an Associate's Degree or Certification Equivalent is required.

    Skill/Experience:

    4+ years of hands-on ERP system

    Knowledge of JD Edwards business systems (a plus)

    Commitment to continuous professional development

    A high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail

    The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

    Makes good, timely decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.


    Travel:
    Employee will be required to travel up to 20% of the time, between locations within Virginia and West Virginia.
