- 3 years of General Superintendent experience.
- 10 years in the construction industry.
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, quality control, and field supervision.
- Managing capital projects from $5MM to $25MM.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
- Analyzing problems and making timely decisions based on objectives and risks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, with listening skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in varying physical conditions.
- Requires travel and relocation as needed for project demands.
- Compliance with company policies and Drug & Alcohol Policy.
- Maintaining safety as a top priority.
