Fullerton Tool seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer the company's financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning with the executive team, ensuring short-term and long-term goals align.
• Develop and execute financial strategies, budgeting, and tax planning to drive business growth.
• Establish performance metrics to track progress and drive strategic initiatives.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

• Oversee accounting, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
• Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of finance professionals, offering guidance and development opportunities.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks to safeguard company assets.
• Maintain insurance coverage and oversee regulatory compliance, including audits and tax filings.

External Relations & Funding:

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow, funding strategies, and banking relationships, ensuring financial flexibility.

Desired Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience: At least 5-10 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role with leadership potential.
• Skills:
  • GAAP knowledge, financial analysis, and internal controls expertise.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Manufacturing or family business experience.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • CPA or Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations are a plus.

Estimated Salary Range:

$180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
