Responsibilities:

• Identify Prospects and make sales calls
• Negotiate with established and developing customers to secure profitable rates
• Close sales opportunities
• Manage daily shipments activities and ensure superior customer service
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Logistics, freight brokerage, or customer service experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Strong work-ethic, growth-minded and self-starter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong computer skills.
