    Job Description


    Join a small team of dedicated data analysts who are involved in providing data expertise across multiple functions throughout the company.

    Reporting to the Data Manager, you'll have the opportunity toreview and analyze data to support systems and process needs corporate-wide.

    Apply commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the data management area. Work independently, with minimal direct supervision.

    Location and Status:

    This is a full time hybrid position requiring in-office presence 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) with the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

    The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance to one of the following office locations:

    Milwaukee / Oak Creek, WI
    Chicago / Deerfield, IL
    Toledo / Maumee, OH
    Cleveland / North Olmsted, OH
    Edgerton, OH / Butler, IN
    Brookings, South Dakota

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manageproduct and process data across multiple ERP platforms to support both internal and external customer needs.

    Develop a deep, working understanding of the company's business processes, products, ERP systems, and related exemptions to maintain an accurate Data Structure.

    Focus on continuous improvement for both the departmental and business processes.
    Workcross-functionally across multiple distinct business units to ensure a seamless and accurate data flow.
    Provide consulting on matters related to Customer Service, Product Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Data.
    Conduct and analyze Data Audits to maintain data integrity.
    Attend required meetings and participatein various seminars and training classes to maintain or update skills needed.
    Maintain department policy and procedures as directed by manager.
    Develop appropriate system and user documentation as required.
    May perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    BS or BA degree preferred.
    1-2 years ERP experience required.
    2 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent college education required.
    Innovative problem solving skills.
    Strong Microsoft Excelexperience required.
    Ability to work effectively in a team and process based environment with frequently changing priorities.
    Must be able to learn new software quickly.
    Outstanding communication skills and a strongability to maintain focus.
    Desire to drive for continuous improvement.
