Job Summary
We invite you to apply and join the Family Tree Rehabilitation team. Occupational Therapist (OTR). Responsibilities to include providing care in skilled nursing facility (SNF), outpatient, and home health care settings. The PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) evaluates residents and develops individualized occupational therapy plans of care to help residents achieve maximum independence and quality of life.Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with physician orders
- Supervise COTAs as applicable
