Compensation: $22-45/hr based on experience

Qualifications:

Two (2)+ years of residential HVAC installation/retrofitting experience, 1-3 years of commercial install experience preferred
EPA Universal Certified Preferred
CORE, TYPE II Minimum Requirements
Completion of H.S./GED
NATE Certified Preferred
Completion of Trade/Vocational School Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities:

Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems
Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems
Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
