The Studio Manager is responsible for operating and overseeing all front of house fitness studio operations, as well as leading and developing their sales team. The Studio Manager works closely with their assigned Regional Sales & Ops Manager on managing, training, and coaching all sales staff,Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling process of new hires.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales & Ops Manager to train, develop, and coach sales staff members.
- Manage and oversee sales staff workflow throughout the day.
