    As a valued leader on our team, you will manage the operational activities of a team who are designing and developing information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications.

    In this role, you will collaborate with department leadership to develop strategic plans and identify related business processes.


    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
    The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    Manage the development of solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components across several applications and systems.
    Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
    Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
    Ensure regular and effective monitoring of a variety of advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
    Minimum Required Experiences

    6 years' experience engineering enterprise networks
    4+ years' experience managing large technical teams.
    4+ years' experience of working in a cloud environment.

    Desired Experiences

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    AWS or other networking certifications
    Prior Financial Services Experience

    Skills

    Skilled in muti-cloud networking
    Networking programming skills
    Skilled in Agile Operations
    Ability to manage multiple diverse teams.
    Skilled in full life cycle product management
    Ability to lead technical strategy and adapt as projects evolve.
    Ability to communicate with Senior Executives and Business Stakeholders
    Ability to hire, mentor, and develop internal talent and foster a collaborative culture

    Tools

    Software-Defined networking technologies in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and on-premises (switching routing, DNS, load balancing, firewalls etc.)
    Hardware and Virtualized networking-related products (Cisco, Infoblox, Palo Alto, F5, Zscaler etc.)
    Jira, Confluence
    Experience with Github, Terraform, Ansible and Python.
