    Job Description

    You have the opportunity to represent Hallmark as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser and play a crucial role in merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory for a positive shopper experience. You will be required to service stores based on the scheduling tool provided.

    JOB OVERVIEW

    As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    1. Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
    2. Holiday support: Lead up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you can expect additional days and extended hours during the week.
    3. Department Resets: Participate in installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.
    4. One Team Vision: Support additional work and installation efforts when assigned.


    This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Basic qualifications include being at least 18 years old, reading, writing, and understanding English, and having reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
