- Develop, review, and manage all Quality Management System Documentation.
- Approve final release of the Traveler Package for production.
- Create Quality procedures, forms, and work instructions.
- Emphasize the importance of meeting customer requirements to all employees.
- Establish and track quality goals discussed in review meetings.
- Conduct management meetings with department heads to review the Quality Management System.
- Identify potential product and process risks and implement mitigation activities.
- Perform internal audits to maintain the Quality Management System.
- Provide training to enhance quality levels among employees.
- Maintain training records and certificates for internal and external training sessions.
- Identify training needs for inspectors and other staff.
- Control employee stamps and provide information on Part Marking issues.
- Submit EQN's and SRI's to the customer.
- Support Quality Clinic implementation.
- Manage Corrective Actions, Closures, and implement Preventive Actions.
- Issue Quality Alerts and conduct Quality Management Briefings.
- Act as the primary contact for QA IT System Modules in Plex.
- Support QA System Strategic Deployment Initiatives.
- BS Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 10 years of Quality experience or equivalent.
- 10+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and address issues promptly.
- Experience presenting and advising Senior Management.
