    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct initial evaluations and examinations for new patients
    • Assess and diagnose patients, evaluating their physical limitations
    • Develop goal-oriented treatment plans with specified completion dates
    • Implement PT techniques and exercises, monitoring patient progress
    • Provide patient education on post-care techniques
    • Evaluate and diagnose new patients
    • Determine a diagnosis and its impact on daily activities
    • Set treatment goals and timelines
    • Recommend intervention methods and exercises
    • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of interventions
    • Offer guidance on continued care to patients

    Credentials

    • Graduate of an accredited PT program
    • Current state PT license
    • Proficiency in developing outpatient treatment plans for balance and vestibular rehabilitation
    • Ability to thrive in an independent work environment
    • Passion for assisting patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk concerns
    • Completion of an accredited PT program and possession of a valid PT license in AL
    • Capability to execute and progress treatment plans in outpatient orthopedic, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation settings
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continual learning
    • Enthusiasm for aiding individuals with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
