    Full-Time Paraprofessional - Clifton, NJ

    ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Paraprofessional to join our team for the school year in Clifton, NJ. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, working closely with educators to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist teachers in implementing instructional plans and provide support to students.
    • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts.
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers to address the individual needs of students.
    • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
    • Provide support for students with special needs, ensuring their inclusion in all aspects of the school day.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a high school diploma; some college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.
    • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students.

    Requirements:

    • Must pass a background check.
    • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
    • Ability to adhere to ProCare Therapy and school district policies.
