- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering or related discipline
- Electric Utility experience in the substation function required
- 3+ years related work experience in substation design and analysis with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role/li>EIT highly preferred/li>Leadership, creativity, and technical background to understand and develop the substation business/li>Entrepreneurial background and experience in growing a team and expanding business footprint
- Practical knowledge of engineering methods and techniques with the ability to read/interpret engineering/design plans for substation projects /li>
