Compensation:
$75,000 - $270,000
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the home buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Connect with potential buyers and sellers through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
- Host engaging open houses and property tours to showcase listings and attract interested buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests with professionalism and integrity.
- Utilize our cutting-edge technology to manage client relationships and streamline transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice and insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate sales preferred, not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally, to guide clients through complex processes.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
- Familiarity with the Anchorage real estate market and its unique dynamics.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance client experiences and streamline real estate processes.
