    Job Title: CSR

    Duration: 9 months contract with possible extensions

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT

    Pay Range: USD 30 USD 32.00/hr.

    Hybrid 3 days onsite

    Job Description:

    Call volume is about 50 inbound calls for the team daily, team of 6 people

    Typical process: Advisors will call, give their general issue, contractor can go in and screenshare and show them the right process to get this completed, if issue is too complicated they have an escalation team they can send them to training process.

    7 weeks of training before getting on the phones, still hybrid for training, most of team is in Richmond

    Looking for someone with customer service skills, maybe some sales knowledge to hold conversations and build relationships with these advisors, someone who is a go getter and doesn't just sit around during down times

    Someone that can navigate through any tool and understand the concept of the tool, needing Someone that a little tech savvy, they will get this individual up to speed on tool before taking calls

    Years of customer service experience: at least 2-3 years

    Backgrounds that stick out on resume: Customer service

    Unified Advisory Trading, internal tool they use, dont need prior experience with this

    Industry Experience, banking would be nice but not needed

    Contract Length: 9 months, will likely be C2H

    Interview process - possibly multiple rounds, there will be other team members on the interviews most likely

    Team Size - 6 that take inbound calls

    Hybrid - on-site, 3 days a week

    Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.

    Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

    Sales oriented, customer service experience, and problem-solving skills.
