As an Office Manager you will cultivate a collaborative working environment to provide a personalized pharmacy experience for patients. You will achieve this through partnership with your team, referral sources and the patients you serve.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Management, direction, and overseeing of all practice processes and operations.
· Manage the day-to-day schedule and existing patient flow and operations.
· Onboarding, training, and development of team members.
· Deliver key performance indicators by executing best in class patient experiences.
· Oversee third party office systems management and optimization.
· Resolve Patient issues in accordance with practice policies, procedures, healthcare regulations and ADA procedures.
· Manage employee relations, ensure staff have the necessary resources and support.
· Run morning Huddle.
· Complete liaison/ relationship building functions including referral office contact, and responsible for the appearance and functionality of the office.
Safety Officer:
Required Skills/Abilities:
· 2+ years in a leadership role
· Experience driving business and financial operations in a complex, customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
· Upholds exceptional service standards.
· Effective communicator, detail oriented and a strong leader with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
· A servant leadership style with strong drive for result, business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
· Willing to learn about the industry, insurance plans and claims processing.
Help dealing with office vendors, etc. Working closely with the management team and helping with reports, emails, marketing etc as needed.
• Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
• Set goals and deadlines for the pharmacy.
Education and Experience:
· 2-5 years management or supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare.
Filing, ordering of supplies, records maintenance, and other clerical services. Organize office operations such as workspace assignment and layout.
Direct Hire Position - company does not offer health benefits but will offer stipend for employee if needed.
Pay: $22-25/hr
Schedule: M-F, 9:30am to 5:30pm
100% In office - Pompano Beach, FL 33062
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience managing a healthcare facility
Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients' request gracefully
Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive manner
High level of organizational skills
