    Job Title - IBM Infosphere Developer

    Location: Dallas/Atlanta/Seattle

    Job Type: Full-time

    Job Summary -

    We are looking for a talented IBM Infosphere Developer to join our team in Dallas, Atlanta, or Seattle. As an Infosphere Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing IBM Infosphere solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with architects and data engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging your expertise in IBM Streams 4.3.x and Apache Flink for real-time data processing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement IBM Infosphere solutions to meet client requirements, focusing on data integration, data quality, and data governance.
    • Design and develop real-time data processing applications using IBM Streams 4.3.x and Apache Flink.
    • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and standards.
    • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution during development and post-production support phases.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools in the IBM Infosphere ecosystem to enhance development processes and capabilities.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in developing IBM Infosphere solutions, with hands-on experience in data integration and data quality.
    • Strong programming skills in Java or Scala.
    • Experience working with IBM Streams 4.3.x and Apache Flink for real-time data processing.
    • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.
    • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
    • Certification in IBM Infosphere or relevant technologies.
