    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) Sales Manager to join our team.

    As an OSAT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our semiconductor testing services to OSAT companies, semiconductor manufacturers, and other relevant stakeholders.

    Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by establishing strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential OSAT customers within the semiconductor industry.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
    • Prospect new clients, attend industry conferences, and participate in networking events.

    Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OSAT companies.
    • Understand customer pain points, challenges, and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements.

    Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our semiconductor testing services.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to sales management.
    • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
    • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

    Customer Support:

    • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (engineering, operations, and customer support).
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication.

    Travel:

    • Travel to customer sites, industry events, and company headquarters as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in semiconductor sales, preferably in OSAT services.
    • Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly, packaging, and testing processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred).
