Dining Room Hospitality Host/Hostess
At Chick-fil-A Centennial Hills, we believe in unreasonable hospitality and leaving people better than you found them. In this role, you will own the dining room and be responsible for the guest experience, cleanliness and ensuring we are offering second mile service to EVERY guest that walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Unreasonable Hospitality
o Listen to Simon Sinek's Podcast about Unreasonable Hospitality
o Read the Book, Unreasonable Hospitality
Smile, greet and give fond farewells
Build relationships with the guests
Anticipate Needs:
o Beverage Refreshes
o Napkins, condiments, placemats for babies or children
o High chairs or booster seats for little ones
o Open the door as they leave or enter
o Take orders at the table if they are a guest who might need extra help
-Handicapped
-Mom or dad with kids
-Elderly
Clear trays and any leftovers from the table
Guests should get up only for the 2 Ps. POTTY OR PARKING LOT
Dining Room Cleanliness
o Tables wiped clean
o Trash cleared from tables
o Trash taken out in the dining room
o Floors swept throughout the day
o Floors mopped after lunch and dinner rushes
o Bathrooms stocked and clean
o Parking lot sweep
o Outside trash cans
o Rugs swept
o Windows and door handles wiped clean
-Keep condiment counter stocked
Surprise and Delight
o Free Dessert
o Mini Moo
Sample new products when time permits
Pass out flyers for Family Nights
o Be able to answer questions about our weekly events
Answer questions about catering, events or hiring
