Job summary
Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager, coordinates Guest Services at the conference center to ensure staff and guests experience a positive impression of the facility.
Maintains 24-hour coverage and trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel.
Ensures world-class service in areas like check-in/check-out, lobby ambassador program, guest orientation, telephone service technique, and proper execution of night audit function.
