- Be willing to travel. Our unique projects are scattered about the country so traveling for 2-3 week periods will be required. Travel expenses and lodging are provided.
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to perform rough and finished carpentry work on a variety of structures.
- Willingness to learn. Our projects are most likely a bit different than your typical framing projects so come ready to learn
- Exposed post and beam experience is a plus, but basic framing knowledge is required.
- Attention to detail is a must While we do have a fast-paced work environment, we do not sacrifice quality for speed and all of our crew members will be held accountable for the quality of their work.
- Strong work ethic and high character.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Must work well with others and be self-motivated. Our crews spend a lot of time together on the road so good people skills are needed.
- Must have reliable transportation (When traveling out of state, you will not be expected to drive your own vehicle across the country. Flights and lodging will be provided when necessary)

Requirements
This position consists mostly of custom framing, exposed post and beam installation, siding, and tongue and groove installation.
We are also interested in acquiring crews of 2 to 6 workers for local as well as out-of-state work.
