    Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

    Experience:

    12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

    Must have at least 12 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

    Local & travel allowed. Candidates living

    Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

    6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - South and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - South.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    Required Credentials: Driver's License/State ID req for sub

    Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

    5 days maximum time off

    2 references from any number of months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
