- Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance
- Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes
- Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
- Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments
- Assisting with the launch a statewide assessment program in Tennessee
- Providing quality assurance oversight over LOC, ICAP, Katie Beckett, and other assessments which will be administered by nurses and behavioral health professionals
- Conducting assessments and IQ tests as needed
- Forming collaborative and productive relationships with a diverse range of individuals
- Ensuring services are rooted in best practices and meet or exceed quality standards
- Managing services with a focus on the best interests of children, youth and families
- Salary commensurate with the responsibilities of this position

- Clinical management / oversight experience

- Familiarity with Long Term Services and Supports, Level of Care eligibility assessments, Inventory for Client and Agency Planning assessment tool measures, and Katie Beckett waiver eligibility
