    Job Description

    The Associate Paid Search Manager at Fortune Brands Innovations is responsible for managing and executing our holistic paid search strategy and activations across a portfolio of brands. This hands-on role will execute ad buying across a variety of digital platforms, as well as develop strategic roadmaps, test and learns, and media analyses. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in advertising, media management, and/or media buying; and must have experience in paid search, with hands-on executional experience in planning and running large-scale search campaigns across Google, Bing, Amazon, and other search platforms.

    This is a full-time Hybrid role and requires presence in the office (3 days per week, Tue-Wed-Thu, with the ability to work remotely Mondays and Fridays) in any of the following locations:
    • North Olmsted / Cleveland, OH
    • Maumee / Toledo, OH
    • Deerfield / Chicago, IL
    • Oak Creek / Milwaukee, IL
    The successful candidate must live within commutable distance to any one of the locations listed above.

    Responsibilities
    • Launch, manage, and scale SEM campaigns primarily across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads, with the potential to expand across other channels and tactics.
    • Partner with our agencies and internal brand teams to translate creative strategies and vision into effective media plans.
    • Set measurable goals that demonstrate expectations and ongoing improvement.
    • Recommend best practices, identify expansion opportunities, and present to leadership.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly media performance reports to analyze category trends, measure media, and perform competitive benchmarking.
    • Pace budgets, adjust bids, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to hit internal goals and targets.
    • Collaborate with internal media team to identify key learnings and opportunities; work together to develop full funnel campaigns to support product launches.
    • Interact with multiple internal business units to align on product direction.
    • Assist the Retail Media Manager with overall strategies, budget, and campaign management.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns and implement new keywords, ad copy, bid strategies, etc. to keep accounts updated and test and learn.
    • Meet with vendor partners regularly to identify areas for media improvements and stay up to date on latest best practices.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business or a related field is required.
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in advertising, media management, and/or media buying; experience in paid search, with hands-on executional experience in planning and running large-scale search campaigns across Google, Bing, Amazon, and other search platforms. Related analytics experience as well as desire and willingness to learn the above may substitute.
    • Interest in managing paid search; hands-on experience building, launching, setting-up accounts across multiple search engines including Google Ads, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and Bing.
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills, ability to take initiative and fully own projects.
    • Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills required.
