    In the role of Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to elevate the hotel's visibility in key markets through direct sales outreach, telephone correspondence, written communications, and community engagement. Serving as the ambassador for our property on both local and regional fronts, you will:

    • Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and quarterly individual pace/production targets allocated for designated markets.
    • Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business through various channels to optimize room revenue, aligning with individual and team sales and revenue objectives.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with pivotal accounts to bolster brand presence and expand market share.
    • Monitor all sales endeavours, tracking progress from goal-setting to current production status employing tools like Delphi.
    • Initiate telephone prospecting across targeted databases and devise innovative strategies to drive sales.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge technology where applicable.
    • Organize and lead Familiarization Trips for meeting planners and corporate entities.
    • Ensure prompt follow-up and lead-generation activities.
    • Conduct site inspections to showcase the hotel's offerings.
    • Undertake necessary travel to Cayman to conduct personal sales visits and presentations within designated regions, as well as attend industry trade shows.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in crafting and executing marketing action plans, fostering creativity in proposals.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts that are equitable and financially advantageous.

    Your Qualifications

    • Possession of 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the association market, and/or 2+ years of sales experience in upscale hotel settings.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in successful sales techniques and negotiation strategies, with a focus on prospecting.
    • Familiarity with Delphi software is advantageous.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, task management abilities, and both verbal and written communication prowess are essential.
    • Motivation and acumen to identify new business prospects, coupled with a commitment to fostering customer loyalty, are paramount.
    • Comfort operating in a dynamic, service-oriented environment, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.
