    Job DescriptionSalary: $22 - $30 per hour

    Executive Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable

    Gregor Industries is seeking a Dynamic & Personable, Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist the Executive Team, HR and Controller Departments.

    Position Requirements:

    • Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Office.
    • Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with a drive to succeed.
    • Experience in Data Entry/Processing.
    • Accounts Receivable and/or Invoicing experience.
    • Excellent phone and communication skills.
    • Must be able to take minutes.
    • Must be a Team Player, with a willingness to adapt and work independently.
    • Reliable.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the Construction field a plus, but not necessary.
    • Business administration or accounting experience a plus.
    • Experience with Social Media platforms.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.


    Job Description:

    • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments or individuals.
    • Collect and distribute mail, packages to appropriate staff members.
    • Assist with ordering supplies, organizing and keeping track of inventory.
    • Assist the Controller with invoicing, payments and follow up on documents.
    • Work with the HR department to assist with applications, scheduling of interviews and on-boarding process
    • Assist the Executive Management Team as needed in various tasks: meeting minutes, scheduling, correspondence.
    • Assist with organizing client events and client gifts.
    • Answer phones and respond to inquiries via phone or email, take messages.
    • Help maintain the office, with keeping areas clean and clear.
    • Make and confirm travel arrangements.
    • Make calls to clients, vendors and sub-contractors.
    • Assist the Project Management Team with bid calls and collecting information.


    Salary and Benefits:

    • Based on experience, from $22 - $30 per hour.
    • Benefits eligible after 60 days: Medical, Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance.
    • Sick Days.
