Overview:
Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, WI.

Join and collaborate with a palliative care physician, and other palliative care team members, in an active practice to deliver palliative care and related health care services to patients and families.
Assist with diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
Consult with palliative care physician or designees as needed, inform primary physician of services provided and collaborate with other physicians as needed.
Hours are M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
No call expectations initially, but a call component may be added in the future
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited NP program
Current WI RN and APNP license
Current DEA
Other certifications as required
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience; clinical nursing care in oncology, hospice, geriatrics, intensive care preferred.
