- Provide care or tasks specific to client's needs as indicated on Plan of Care.
- Assist with Assisted Daily Living activities (ADLs), including but not limited to bathing, grooming, feeding, and housekeeping.
- Perform incidental household services that are essential to the client's care at home; and
- Record and report changes/vital information in the client's condition, family situation, or needs to the health care practitioner.
- Current state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Experience as a Personal Care Assistant or Home Health Aide.
- Previous experience in patient care or other related fields.
- Current CPR certification and TB results/Chest x-ray; and
- Listed on the Nurses Registry with NO substantial findings.
