- De conduire le projet en coordonnant et animant l'équipe de projet composée des représentants de la filiale, du CSMPM, des régions, des experts et des sociétés prestataires.
- Intégré dans une équipe couvrant le domaine fonctionnel bancaire Capital Market, et lui apportant une connaissance approfondie du patrimoine applicatif associé. Il a la responsabilité du projet, son suivi, sa bonne fin ainsi que la qualité du DELIVERY
- Piloter et planifier le projet en constituant, organisant, coordonnant et animant l'équipe projet selon le cahier des charges (demande du client, budget, délais...)
- Elaborer la conception du projet (besoin client, spécification fonctionnelle, lotissements, livrables, critères de réception...)
- Coordonner et animer les travaux de l'équipe projet afin de produire un résultat conforme aux exigences du client
- Prévoir les ressources nécessaires (humaines, financières et matérielles) et assurer l'adéquation entre ressources et besoins (financiers, techniques, humains)
- Assurer le suivi du bon déroulement du projet (planning, budget, performance) et le respect du cahier des charges
- Gérer les risques (planning, financiers, humains, techniques) : anticipation, identification, mise en œuvre d'actions correctrices
- Gérer au quotidien l'interface entre les métiers, la MOA, la MOE, les représentants des filiales, les pôles d'expertise et les éditeurs
- Participe aux différents comités de suivi mis en place et à la communication
- Instruit les indicateurs de suivi mis en place
- Animer les réunions périodiques
- Négocier des prestations avec des fournisseurs
- Livrer le projet au niveau de qualité attendu par le client : est garant de la qualité et du respect du DELIVERY
- Mettre en œuvre une démarche qualité (mise en œuvre de référentiels de bonnes pratiques, implantation de démarches fondées sur l'amélioration continue)
- Créer des reporting et des états d'avancement sur le ou les projets suivis
- Accompagner la conduite du changement (interne et externe) et accompagner les actions de formation utilisateurs
- Chef de projets senior (minimum 8
ans d'expériences en gestion de projets capital Market)) - Le profil recherché doit avoir une expérience significative en conduite de projet permettant de travailler à la fois dans le détail et d'avoir une vue globale.
Cette expérience doit permettre d'anticiper, d'identifier les risques projet et de mettre en œuvre des solutions palliatives, et de sécuriser l'ensemble du projet. - Prendre la responsabilité d'un ou plusieurs projets sur le domaine Capital Market pour les filiales AFS de la banque mère
- Piloter le projet et, à ce titre, être membre des instances de gouvernance (comité de pilotage, comité programme)
- Être responsable du projet durant toutes les phases (cadrage, construction, homologation, formation, bascule, stabilisation)
- Assurer la relation entre la filiale, l'équipe Testing Factory, l'équipe projet de la filiale, la direction de la filiale, le éditeurs interne et externes et les fonctions support Groupe.
- Effectuer un reporting auprès de la direction de la filiale.
- Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié et permanent de la filiale, des régions, du CSMPM dans tous les aspects des projets
- Contribuer activement à l'industrialisation de la roadmap des programmes
- Parfaite maitrise du français tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral et maitrise d'un anglais opérationnel.
- L'ensemble des travaux devra être conduit en parfaite adéquation avec les valeurs du Groupe (Responsabilité, Engagement, Innovation, Esprit d'équipe).
