- Provide consultation to senior leadership to improve workplace culture, develop capabilities, and build engagement around the enterprise's DEIB priorities, initiatives, and goals.
- Support current and grow new Colleague Resource Groups by providing guidance and resources to help these groups thrive.
- Lead the development and design of core DEI trainings delivering best in class learning experiences that increases awareness, understanding and practicing of inclusive behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and report on diversity metrics to identify solutions for impacted demographics.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to influence equitable policies, processes, and practices using equity framework.
