Company Overview:

Rippling Waters Counseling is a privately owned psychotherapy practice located in Waterloo, Illinois, a small community of 11,000 people.
The practice was established in 2016 by an LCSW, and the 28 adults served required help with depression, anxiety, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
The practice currently has one LCSW and two LCPC's serving 136 clients.
We need an additional therapist to help with our growing waiting list of 80 people, a majority of whom are children.
Our mission is to provide mental health services that will promote quality of life.

Job Title:

An Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor is needed in a small private practice serving children, adolescents family members, adults, and the elderly.
A current Illinois License as an LCPC is required.
The experience of working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults is preferred. and assistance in achieving the mission of "providing mental health services that improve the client's quality of life" is paramount.

Payment Structure

As an Independent Contractor, biweekly checks are deposited in the LCPC's bank account and are based on a percentage of the payments made for services.
Payments per month range from $5000 to $9000, depending upon the # of clients seen for the month and the type of insurance each client uses to pay for services.

Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy to 25 clients weekly.
Provide validation of the diagnosis and symptoms requiring treatment for each client.
Assessing the bio-psychosocial factors impacting the client as a whole.
Develop a treatment plan that addresses the client's presenting problem.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, school personnel, and family members.
Document progress based on the objectives and interventions developed for treatment.
Provide quality psychotherapy services with evidence-based treatment modalities.
Complete a Discharge Note for the client at the end of therapy.
Demonstrate the knowledge and practices of HIPPA (Health Portability and Accountability Act).

Independent Contractors have flexible hours.
Assistance for Insurance Credentialing will be given if needed.
