magnetic particle penetrant inspection equipment inspecting interpreting results accept reject articles established standards Collaborate Engineering Quality Manufacturing teams evaluate implement improvements build processes defect reduction initiatives Compile maintain reports magnetic particle penetrant inspection results documenting nonconforming materials processes Analyze inspection requirements coordinate work schedules resources optimize efficiency Troubleshoot inspection-related problems develop plans resolve issues effectively Verify accuracy completeness documentation manufacturing orders drawings nonconformance reports Monitor process non-conforming parts assemblies proper documentation adherence Material Review Board dispositions Conduct control checks magnetic particle penetrant chemicals equipment compliance specifications Apply magnetic fields penetrants parts inspecting defects under specified conditions documenting findings Secure non-conforming items designated areas control traceability throughout inspection process Perform re-inspections items engineering disposition communicating findings relevant stakeholders Provide peer-to-peer training assist other employees procedures equipment use standard interpretation Verify certifications tools personnel compliance operational standards Handle monitor hazardous materials safety protocols
