- Work directly with the Early Intervention and Safety Team to ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services
- Oversee staff and be responsible for staff development, compliance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
- Oversite of the development and security of all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services
- Treat injuries and illnesses following P&P, alert clinical RN or APN of red flags
- Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses per P&P
- Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and work station assessments
- Other duties as assigned by client site to include, but not limited to travel, scheduling, drug and alcohol testing, etc.
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program
- Bachelors degree in Athletic Training
- 4 years of experience in providing occupational health services as an LPN/ATC and/or 6 years' experience as a clinician in occupational health
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
- Ability to develop meaningful professional relationships with clients for successful coaching
- Ability to execute on performance goals
- Ability to work with AWS site personnel and client personnel
- Comfortable presenting to groups
- A solid team player who also demonstrates maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity and support for clinic operations
- Deadline-driven
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Licensed Athletic Trainer
- CEIS certification
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview:Title: Registered Nurse Occupational Health
Location: Pensacola, FL
Status: Full Time
Hours: M-F
Lead team of providers for occupational health services delivered to employees at client locations to include medical surveillance, physicals and injury care. Includes oversight and responsibility for day to day operations and employee performance. Perform clinical duties consistent to their education, certification and competency levels.
