Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team owning the insurance renewal and bonding processes for our Americas Legal function as our Risk Manager?

As our Risk Manager, you have an ownership in everything that is insurance and bonding as it relates to protecting the business and our employees. The relationship and interaction with our insurance brokers is headed by you in this role. As you learn the business focus will gradually include helping to analyze metrics surrounding risks, claims, and their financial impacts to understand and educate on where improvement and mitigation efforts need to be considered for the business. As with all KONE team members, your responsibilities will grow and adapt with your development and skills.
You will bring 5+ years of relevant expertise in insurance, risk management, and insurance procurement, hopefully in a construction or other casualty claims risk based environment to our KONE family, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite and an appetite for learning with an innovative industry leader You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor's degree in a related discipline, if not an additional 4+ years of related experience in lieu of degree as it relates to risk management bringing along a "go-do" attitude for tackling multiple tasks with limited supervision.
