- Familiarity with Automotive OEMs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills are essential; proficient is Microsoft excel/word/outlook, SAP experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus, but not required.

H.A. Automotive is seeking a dedicated sales manager to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other salespeople to effectively sell and draw eyes to our current campaigns to increase our user base. We hope that as a sales manager, you can put your passion for sales management and Automotive Engineering into selling our solutions and converting leads into customers.
Essential Duties · Establish sales objectives through forecasting sales process · Develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories · Implement sales programs by developing action plans and reviewing sales performances · Maintain sales volume, product mixes and selling prices by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. · Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply/demand indicators · Communicate internally to ensure procedures have begun to meet Customer expectations or deliverables· Maintain sales staff through regular recruiting, selecting, orienting and training · Implement new products and all the sales record in SAP will provide training)· Employ assistance from sales-focused freelancers as needed to ensure quotas are consistently met · Projected expected sales volume and profit for new and existing products · Prepare reports for general management· Provide data for Headquarter Sales team for global projects· Other duties as assigned
