    Job Description:


    As a Financial Management Accountant, you will play a key role in overseeing financial processes and maintaining accurate accounting records.

    Your expertise will contribute to the effective financial management of the organization.


    Major Roles and Responsibilities:
    The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

    Budget Management:
    Assist in budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and provide insights for budget decisions

    Account Reconciliation:
    Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

    Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations

    Financial Analysis:
    Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements

    Audit Support:
    Collaborate with auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation

    Minimum Qualification and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    Proven experience as a financial accountant.
    Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proficient in financial accounting software.
    CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred.
