    You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

    What You'll Do Expand Stavvys current SEM strategy to include new target markets and geographically targeted campaigns that generate B2B leads and build brand awareness in the marketplaceCollaborate with the marketing team to create and execute paid search, paid social, display advertising, and programmatic advertising campaignsSet benchmarks that measure the performance of paid campaigns and communicate those results to the businessMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvements and put those improvements into practiceDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversion across multiple channelsManage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Bing AdsPartner with Content Marketing Manager to conduct keyword research and analysis that increases organic traffic while optimizing paid effortsEnsure effective budget allocation by optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROIWrite engaging, creative ad copy that increases ad conversionsIdentify opportunities for A/B testing throughout the funnelCollaborate with Website Manager to improve user experience and conversion ratesStay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in digital marketing while keeping a pulse on competitor activityCollaborate with multiple teams to drive marketing initiatives forwardGenerate weekly and monthly metrics reportsWho You Are Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field5+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEMStrong understanding of keyword optimization and SEO best practicesExperience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing toolsAbility to blend creative and analytical thinkingGraphic design skills are a plusWebsite design and coding skills are a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyCompensation Education Stavvy is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all Stavviators.

    The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individuals experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
