Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for a self-motivated and independent worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Fulfillment Package Handler you would unload, sort, and palletize freight.

Hours and Wages:

• Available shift options:
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
• 5 hours of overtime may be expected each week
• Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• Starting wage: $ per hour, based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unloads packages by hand from inbound vehicles
• Loads, unloads, and moves palletized freight with manual and power pallet jacks
• Un-palletizes and sorts freight in a timely manner
• Scans barcode labels of packages for tracking and billing purposes
• Sorts each package according to product type and/or destination
• Stacks freight onto pallets in a manner to prevent damage and utilize space efficiently
• Secures palletized freight prior to shipment using shrink wrap machines
• Assists or leads process of picking product according to customer requests
• Performs light custodial duties to maintain a clean & safe warehouse environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to spend a minimum of 8 hours on feet
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight in the warehouse that can weigh up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work independently
• Ability to work with all types of freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
